So the bros were hanging out one fine night and came across a crossroads. The decision was to be made quickly. A wise bro pointed to the road he didn’t wanna take and exclaimed, “Duck that road!” (Replace with the expletive of your choice.)

So here’s the thing I want to convey. Life ain’t a bed a roses, my pal. You come across roadblocks, a-holes, and other uncontrollable forces of nature.

And you might occasionally notice feelings of depression and anxiety flow through you.

So here’s what you do…

Step 1: Let it flow. Don’t block. Don’t resist. Don’t panic. It forces to center and ground your awareness in the present moment.

Step 2: Make sure you are not dwelling on whatever is bothering you. That’s the key to flow and awareness.

In other words, “Duck that road!”

A friend’s dad used to tell him, “You might not know what you wanna do, but you should always know what you don’t wanna do.”

Words of wisdom.

I know what I don’t wanna do. I don’t wanna delay my growth and prosperity.

If you are also done with the old ways and make your growth and prosperity happen faster, duck that old road and get in touch with me here.

I love you too.
