Enrico Caruso was a famous opera singer who lived from 1873 to 1921.
Before one of his shows, he felt paralyzed by the fear of getting in front of the crowd and singing. He was sweating, imagining people laughing at him.
As a desperate measure, he started yelling at his fear in front of his entire backstage crew.
“Get out of here, the Big Me wants to sing through me!”
And guess what, it worked! He sang beautifully, like always, mesmerizing his audience.
How many times have you experienced this same kind of fear cripple your own efforts at creating something, or even promoting it. “Everyone will laugh at me”, don't we all think like that every once in a while?
Caruso knew what to do. And so does everyone who reaches any level or accomplishment.
I'll be sharing strategies to overcome your mental blocks and achieving greater levels of success in the upcoming issues of Dastaan World Magazine.
So stay tuned. And spread the word. DastaanWorld.com is where it's happening.
Till then, grab your copies of Athena and Discordia and send me your receipts. And then wait for your surprise. ;)
